The Office of Strategic Planning & Institutional Effectiveness (OSPIE) is piloting a UK Core Assessment Liaison Program during the 2026-2027 academic year. This program aims to build a cohort of full-time instructors representing a wide range of disciplines in teaching and learning at UK who are interested in the assessment of the University's general education, collaborating with colleagues on assessment best practices, and engaging in the mapping and scoring of assessment artifacts. Participants will be trained to train faculty in their college about UK Core assessment; they should not be completing other UK Core faculty's assessment. The program will help enhance a culture of continuous improvement on campus through creating a network of UK Core assessment experts and better disseminating UK Core assessment knowledge across campus.
